Wednesday Morning
Meet with pastor and staff and discuss how the implementation of the vision and mission depends on them. The success of the mission begins with their dedication to it. I will give practical tools and develop a game plan for implementing the vision and the mission. I will also offer my on going support through phone/skype communication for staff over the next 6 months.
